I know some people think left overs are gross, but I can't think of anything betting than really enjoying a meal and then knowing you will be able to savor the same wonderful taste again soon.
Plus having items ready available in the fridge is time saving and inspiring when preparing the next meal. Kind of like a meal plan without too much planning.
